These Terms describe the basic conditions for using Exivora, the Exivora website and Exivora Pro.
Using Exivora
You may use Exivora to inspect and manage media that you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for the files you select, the metadata you write and the destinations you choose during export.
Your media and metadata
You retain ownership of your photos, videos and metadata. Exivora does not claim ownership of your media. You give Exivora only the permissions required to provide the features you explicitly use.
Apple services and purchases
Sign in with Apple and Exivora Pro purchases are provided through Apple. Exivora Pro is a one-time Non-Consumable purchase. Payment, refund and billing matters are handled under Apple's applicable terms and processes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Exivora to violate another person's rights, bypass platform security, interfere with the service, or process content unlawfully. We may limit access when necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Exivora reliable, but the app may be affected by device, network, operating system, Apple platform or maintenance conditions. Features and these Terms may change as the product develops.
